In order to apply to the Geneva Business School, there are 2 possible options for applying, please ensure that you have already viewed the admissions criteria for each program before applying:

Applications can not be processed until the 150.- CHF application fee has been paid in full. Our account details are shown below. All payments should be made directly to the university, clearly indicating the name of the applicant if the payment has been made by someone else.

Transfers:We gladly accept Bachelor students wishing to transfer from other accredited institutions. You should complete and submit the application form along with a separate request for the transfer of your credits. We do not accept transfer credits for our Master programs. Tuition Fees:Tuition Fees for the entire academic year should be paid upon acceptance. Bachelor Program: CHF 18'600.- per year - 4 year program This does not include new applicant administration fees of CHF 2000 - CHF 4000 Master Program: CHF 22'440.- first year This does not include new applicant administration fees of CHF 2000 - CHF 4000 Doctoral Program: There are two payment options for the DBA tuition1. New applicant and admission processing fee upon admission to the DBA program plus one single payment at the beginning of the program to cover the entire stages of studies:

After you apply:Once we have received all the necessary documents and proof of payment of the application fee, your application will be examined by our admissions committee. This process normally takes five (5) working days. Upon acceptance, students will be sent our Acceptance Package to help them prepare for their move to Switzerland. This which must be signed and returned as soon as possible. Visas:After being accepted to the Geneva Business School, you must apply to the Swiss authorities for a Student Visa. Geneva Business School will provide you with all the necessary academic documents you need to apply for a student visa. You should check with your local Swiss Embassy as each country has its own conditions concerning access to Switzerland, we aim to assist you further during the entire visa application process. You will find detailed information on Swiss Visas at the Swiss Foreign Affairs website or by contacting the Swiss Embassy in your country. Tuition refund Policy:If an admitted student has to cancel his/her registration for whatever reason, all refunds are handled as follows:
If the visa or the residence permit is refused and the student hasn’t started the courses, we will reimburse the entire amount excluding the application fee and administration fees. In case of “force majeure”, and before the term starts, the tuition fees will be refunded, except for the application and administration fees. In the event that a visa is accepted and the student changes their decision and withdraws their application to start, the refund policy timelines above are applicable. Financial Aid:
